As part of a longer interview in this months Stuff, a consumer technology and gadget magazine, Dave Stewart has said that if his album is streamed for 3 years non-stop on Spotify he will earn $47 dollars and new artists are better off "selling your albums out of the boot of a car".
Sounds like an off the cuff remark with partially remembered facts but interesting never the less.
